New to My Library!

I haven't done one of these in a while, but I came back from my trip to a PILE of books! What could be better? Well, I also bought one (just one!) while I was out spending my Barnes & Noble gift card (True Blood, anyone?) Anyway, here's the lovely pile that accumulated while I was out:

Green Eyes in the Amazon by P.J. Fischer. An interesting bit of dystopia, courtesy of LibraryThing Early Reviewers.

Murder in the Magick Club by Byron A. Lorrier, Esq. Okay, I am automatically suspicious of anyone who uses "Esquire" as part of their name. Also, I got an email about it, so we'll have to see how that goes.

Now and Then by Robert B. Parker. I can never resist a new Spenser novel.

A Sportscaster's Guide to Watching Football by Mark Oristano. Tis the season.

Little Bird of Heaven by Joyce Carol Oates. I love Joyce Carol Oates. Looking forward to this one.

I Shudder And Other Reactions to Life, Death and New Jersey by Paul Rudnick. I loved the cover (peeps!) and the title. I used it for my teaser this week, so some of you already know how funny it sounds.

So, anything new in your library this week?

Boy you got a lot of reads. Lol! I'm a lawyer. Ime fond of my Esq.

I reviewed Catching Fire this week. If you're interested. I'd love to have a discussion about how you think the series will end.

Not allowed to buy any books right now - so I envy you your gift card. That would give me an excellent excuse ;)

I agree that there's nothing better than coming home to a pile of books. Enjoy!
